I have walked by this property for years and it has always looked like this; and I keep thinking that this would be a great store front for something. You know, a bookshop, a coffee house, or even better a Private Eye's office -- Jude MacCabe P.I., he doesn't get the girl and they forgot the spring rolls with his Pad Thai combo. You know, something like that.

Yes, yes. We've all seen this image before. I just like the signage. It's just the club it is attach too that is nightmare.
